The furniture felt dated and needed some upgrades, like the worn-out carpets that carried beach sand everywhere. No breakfast provided. consider bringing your own snacks. Great for a budget stopover, but expect some quirks along the way.

we had an amazing stay at buccaneer inn! the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach with stunning views right from our king room. we loved the relaxed atmosphere here. the room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to recharge after a great day by the gulf. truly a hidden gem for beach lovers!

I loved how close we were to the beautiful Saint George Island Lighthouse, which was just a 15-minute walk away, and it was super convenient to grab breakfast a few steps from our room at Weber's Little Donut Shop. even though the place could use some updates, the staff was friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable.

The local eats were a treat! We hit up BJ's Pizza and Subs for some killer slices and the fresh veggies from Piggly Wiggly Xpress made meal prep a breeze. Also, the beach access from Buccaneer Inn is just perfect—right next to the water! We loved the vibe and the laid-back feel of this place.

The elevator was out of order, so lugging our stuff upstairs was a trip.
